Sat Nav Software for on foot use?

Can any recommend any sat nav software for use mainly on foot, i.e. around the streets of london.

Also what is the best bluetooth GPS device out there?

For the record I have an orange spv c500.

I use a Dconnex BT GPS i bought off ebay for £80 and Mapopolis on my phone. It seems to work fine for me :lol:

Nothing wrong with your previous reply it was very thorough, your comments were greatfully noted, however I felt that the previous post I made was too much to get any specifc focused answer on so I though I would re-post on my most importation question "being sat nav on foot" and see what responses I get and then look at putting the two posts together.

I also didn't get many replies and thought this might be due to the length of the post.
