Adding Own SSL Cert

Guys,

I have an MPX200 and I'm trying to import my own CA SSL cert into my phone.

I'm using the "SpAddCert" tool from Microsoft's site and my .cer certificate is in IPSM

However when I select my certificate I get this message

"This Certificate is not a valid root certificate. Please Select a valid root certificate"

I know this Certificate works as I have a number of users using it on PDA's and 2003 Smartphones with no problems. Activesync works a treat

Its just this 2002 phone. I've also complete hard reset it from scratch and started again. The phone is fully network unlocked and application unlocked.

There's a way to import certs using rapiconfig. Search Google and you'll find it. It may work for you. It inserts an XML file directly into the registry. The XML file contains the blob or hash or something.
