Lost contacts... HELP!!!

I've managed to lose my contacts from my phone and outlook by messing around with my girlfriends phone on the pc too.. Now ive tried deleting a partnership in activesync and get this message "Deleting the selected partnership deletes all device specific info from this computer. However, any existing backup file for this partnership will not be deleted." Does this mean that i can get my contacts back somehow??

Also any general help on managing 2 phones on one pc would be appreciated

Have you backed up your phone or Outlook PST file? If not I fear you are out of luck. Sorry.
