Guest m80arm Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 1. Can you send files via bluetooth - I have sent a contact but I cannot send any files to my mates via bluetooth - Is there an add on available? 2. Can you have .mp3's as ringtones - I have added a .wav it's about 6 meg and would rather have it as an MP3. So Far I am very impressed with the phone - May take a while to get used to since I'v always had nokia's for around 6 yrs. Another thing - I currently have the MYTI homescreen but the analugue clock does not appear in the box - It is just blank - everything else works fine Thanks Michael
Guest Johnny Yen Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 1. You should be able to send files with the phone's in-built File Manager. Choose Menu, Send, and choose Infrared and it will look for BT devices too. For better functionality get the latest version of Binary's essential Smart Explorer. 2. The C500 can't use MP3s as ringtones. 3. If a reboot doesn't sort it I reckon you need to install the analogue clock plugin seperately. I think you'll need LCDplugv1.3 which is up here somewhere.

Guest m80arm Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 Cheers for the answers everyone - I have tried installing the LCD plugin but still doesn't work. It's very strange the date is shown but no time or information about SMS's, email's or MMS's There must be a plug in missing even though I have installed the smart monitor. Everything else works fine Help much appreciated Thanks Michael
