How to Backup rom on a SD card from a SPVe200!

Hi All!

Well im a newbie on a SPVe200 & would like to know how can i backup the present rom of the SPVe200 on a SD card? (what are the keys im supposed to hold to go to the backup menu?) as i would like to update it with the latest orange rom! so if anyone could post the instructions here, i'll appreciate it.

You cannot back up the rom on to SD as you could with the

first ROMs on the SPV.
