C500 ALARM PROBLEM

Hi All,

I've searched the forum but have found no specific answer. Each time I set my alarm on the C500 at night and switch the phone off nothing happens. No early morning wake up. However, when I switch the phone on, the alarm goes off, albeit too late.

How do I rectify this. With a software upgrade? I'm on Win Mobile 2003 2nd Ed Ver 4.21.1088

Or do I need a plugin?

Have just tried it on both E200 & C500 and neither turned themselves on.

I leave mine on charging overnight and I'm always at work on time ! :wink: :lol:
