Welcome northy

You can copy MP3's to the phone using Activesync. If you want to play the MP3 files in Windows Media player then you put them in Storage CardMy Documents. You can also use PocketMusic or Betaplayer to play the MP3's.

There are many programs found on the web to convert to MP3 files.

For movie files have a look at the posting by jchx99 in the articles section HERE

The file attachment should give you everything you need to convert movies for smartphone using TMPGEnc.

You can also use PocketDivxEncoder to convert to DivX - See C500 movie topic HERE.

Consider getting a card reader for large file transfers such as MP3s and videos. You can pick them up for under £10 from most places - Amazon, Ebay etc

If you use WMP10 on your PC you can Sync directly with the C500 provided you are connected by USB (it doesn't work via BT :lol:)

Also if you use WMA format rather than MP3 you can use them as ringtones.
