lost main volume control gfx after manually uninstall theme

can someone please tell me how to recover these gfx?

when i hit volume up or down my phone displays nothing now.

i manually unistalled the red dragon theme. the normal uninstall option disapered for every program on my phone.

i have a mpx220

pain to get the forum to show the files. had to login and reload the the page fresh. refresh did not work for me...
