Orange Shop warranty on PAYG C500

What's the Orange Shop warranty like for PAYG C500's? If you buy one and it has a dust problem or dead pixels, will they replace it at the shop or do you have to return it to HTC direct?

If it is the shop, will they exchange it at any Orange Shop or does it have to be the one where you bought it from? If I call Orange direct would they replace it instead?

Also, if you buy a C500 on PAYG, will an Orange Contract SIM work in it complete with GPRS and the MMS functionality or does this need to be configured manually?

Will be returned for repair if your beyond 28 days. If your still in it could be swapped instore.

Contract sim should work fine
