Guest schmeegle Posted December 8, 2004 Report Posted December 8, 2004 Hi, A few friends of mine have the Nokia 6600 and it has Real Player (Real One) on it. Is it possible to get Real Player on MS smartphone? Thanks
Guest Confucious Posted December 8, 2004 Report Posted December 8, 2004 Long answer Nooooooooooooooo ! :)
Guest schmeegle Posted December 8, 2004 Report Posted December 8, 2004 nuts! Double nuts! How come Nokias get it then?
Guest Dark Horse Posted December 8, 2004 Report Posted December 8, 2004 Why would you want it anyway? RealPlayer is cack, indeed, everything by RealNetworks is cack. If you want a decent music player, PocketMusic will sort you out. The reason Nokia's have it is because they licence any old rubbish these days just to shift their bulky dog handsets. Regards, Dark Horse.
Guest schmeegle Posted December 8, 2004 Report Posted December 8, 2004 All valid points! The reason I want it is because I have a load of cartoons encoded in RAM (got them off a mate, obviously AVI would have been better) and would like to watch them on the go. Any other players that would supoprt that format around?
Guest Disco Stu Posted December 8, 2004 Report Posted December 8, 2004 I wouldn't know about that, but a quick Google of 'RAM converter' threw up a whole page of tools you could have a look at. :)
Guest schmeegle Posted December 9, 2004 Report Posted December 9, 2004 Thanks! Bang goes my weekend though :-)
