C500 or M1000

As I was about to get my third replacement MPX 200 handset and my third replacement battery, Orange have kindly agreed to give me a free upgrade.

An obvious replacement would be C500 (which would be free), but the disadvantage for me is that I've got loads of SD cards which I keep all my movies and stuff on. I don't really want to have to splash out on new mini-SDs.

They said I could also have the M1000 for £100. This would enable me to use my SD cards, but I don't know if I'd get fed up with the size of the thing. I'm sure that movies look great on it, but would I really want to carry it around all day.
