sp3i and phones2udirect

I ordered an sp3i from phones2udirect two weeks ago when their website listed it as "in stock"

As of today it is not in stock and it has never been in stock. They have been "let down by their supplier"

phones2udirect say that they list items as "in stock" so long as they expect to be able to ship them within 10 working days :shock:

Needless to say I am not delighted but I am prepared to hang on for a couple of days as it is a good deal and I can't find anywhere else who will do a bundled O2 offer.

I ordered an SP3i from them as well and have since cancelled my order. They are actually awaiting delivery of the X phone 2 and not the Imate version. Who knows how long that might take. I dont trust any company that lists something as in stock when it is not.

I gave up waiting with them messing me about and ordered a C500 from mobileshop.com, they have some superb deals on it at the moment.

Are you guys in the UK? The x phone II has not been released ny O2 in the UK (only Australasia) and as far as I know they have not announced that it will be released in Europe.

For them to say that the phone is "In Stock" when it clearly isn't is "interesting". Is it indicitive of their general customer services?

Expansys have them in stock, you can try them.
