Icons at top of Home Screen

Is there any way (or any theme) that changes the icons (Gprs/Battery Signal) at the top of the home screen? The default ones look like some kid has drawn them with a blunt crayon!

It'd be nice to have a proper battery icon etc.

I'm a newbie to Smartphones and I've tried a search but didn't find anything relating to this.

No you can't really...

What you could do is code a homescreen, leave the iconbar out of it and use the Smartmonitor plugin (just do a search here, you'll find it) to show battery and signal status.

Downside would be that you loose the GPRS and Bluetooth icons..

But depending on you requirements this could be ok.

For example, if you have got a MPX200, theres no bluetooth, and the GPRS thing... i never understood that anyway
