How do you use Speed dial values above 9

If you open speed dial, you'll see that you can assign numbers that are more than one digit (ie 10, 11, 12, 30, 50, etc..).

How does speed dial work with these two digit numbers.

I can't exactly hold down both button at the same time. That wouldn't be very speedy.

Any ideas?

Also, what is the number for assigning the right soft key as a speed dial function?

Also, would it be possible to assign the rocker button as a speed dial. I don't mean for the pushing in method, but rather, if we flick the jog rocker up (or down) for a few seconds, can that be used as a hotkey command ?

for two-digit speed dials, press the first and hold the second. simple. :)
