C500 Continously Rebooting

Hi,

I've installed SPAlarm onto my C500, the software installed without a problem and works fine.

But I switched my phone off before I went into an interview and now when I switch it back on it flicks between the orange and windows mobile screen.. What's wrong with it and how do I fix it?

I've had that problem on SMT5600 and I eventually had to perform a hard reset .

Ok Thanks for that, I've only had the phone for a few days but have managed to transfer over 200 contacts to the phone, is there anyway I can back these up with the phone in it's current state?

Unfortunately not :)

If you have transfered them, do you mean from Outlook?

if so the contacts can be resynced again next time you connect your phone to your PC.

OK I've done a hard reset and it's working again Luckily my wife has my old phone and she still had all my contacts on there... I've transfered them back again and backed them up with Orange backup.. fingers crossed this time..

It's best to also use Outlook so you can have all your calender, contacts etc

backed up on oyur PC. It can save a lot of hassle in the long run :)
