Voice dialing/profiles

Hi Dr Nick! (Simpsons) :)

I am a newbie with a few queries, so sorry if it's a bit long.

I have looked at other posts, but haven't found what I'm looking for.

Here goes...

I have upgraded from a Sony Ericsson T68i/T610 to an Orange SPV C500. There are a few things I am sorely missing. Being a Driving Instructor I am always in the car, so voice dialing is a big must. I use a Moto HS810 Bluetooth headset. It dials the number perfectly, but sometimes you can't hear the phone on the other end ringing and there is sometimes a delay between the other party picking up and the sound coming through to the phone. Has anybody else had this problem or a solution?

Also with my T610 I had a profile called "In car" which switched off all the rings, alerts and divert all calls to voicemail. I can also use the voice commands to enable the profiles. Is there a way of diverting calls as part of a profile or just doing it separately? Also annoyingly, there doesn't seem to be away of having no alert

The other query is regarding speed dials. I know it's possible to add speed/voice dials for the main programs on the Start Menu, but is it possible to add a voice command to a submenu and/or profiles as mentioned above (with my T610)? If not, is there any software available that will do it.
