Big help needed for Orig. Spv 2002

hi, i have a spv 2002 original, and it was running a bit slow, so i hard reset it. Everything worked good, until i ran the update program from my computer. As the phone was updating, i recieved a text and my phone vibrated and came off of the cradle and the update stopped and the phone crashed. Now everytime I on my phone it goes to the screen with 3 colours. When i try hard reseting my phone again nothng happens.

Can someone PLEASE help.

You will need to re-run the update again from the canary screen.

I already tried to update it again, but it doesnt work. It stays on the blank white screen.

Connect the phone in canary screen to the PC then reboot the PC only.

After it has restarted make sure you disable any firewalls you may have

running, then rerun the update.

If that then fails use another PC to run the update.

i tried rebooting the PC and trying it on another PC it didnt work.

So what i did is, i went on to the smart website http://www.smart.com.ph/smart and then searched for an update on there, and it worked.

My phone now works :)

But thanks for the help anyway.

Smart updates are the only ones that can SIM lock a phone to the Smart network.
