newbee problem with ringtones

Hello,

since a few days I am the proud owner of a SPV C500.

After reading some handy tips in this forum and the coolsmartphone I uploaded some wav-files to my phone for use as ringtone and sms sound.

Yesterday the battery was empty for the first time.

After recharging and booting my phone I noticed that my ringtones were gone.

The files are just missing in the windows directory (where the default location of ringtones is).

Is this normal ?

How can I use my one ringtones and keep them working after a reboot ?

Welcome to the site :(

You have installed the tone to the wrong location :)

You need to place ringtones in StorageApplication DataSounds

The main Windows folder gets rewritten on every startup.
