Places for yankees to accquire an XDA2 Mini/iMate Jam?

I'm thinking about adding another phone and/or PPC to my growing collection and am curious as to where in the next 2 months I can accquire a T-Mobile MDA Compact and if it will work in the US.

I know the OS would [right now] more likely than not, be in German or other foreign language, but can this be changed?

Also, in about 2-months time, how much should I plan on spending?

If it's too much hassle I'll just end up with an Axim X50v and continue to use my MPX200 and crappy Nokia.
