SPVC500 roaming on maxis malaysia has wierd triangle.....

i left my instruction manual in england and am in malaysia for christmas...when i landed i switched on my phone and i realised there was a triangle in the "status bar" where the bluetooth and GPRS indicators were.its quite a thin narrow triangle like one of those orange cones you find on the roads. can anyone enlighten me on what this is?

it is the roaming indicator, it shows up when your phone is in roaming state.

it simply means that your phone is now connected to a roaming partner of your service provider.

noffink to show off...its too darn hot here lol. at least you can escape from the cold by takin a bath but thte heat just clings to you and the mosquitos wont let you sleep at nite:P

and the tax on alcohol here is ridiculous :shock:

oh well... the food's a nice change.
