Problem With MMS install

I have the new jMMSBuild70 install, that i got off the internet, becuz i lost the cd. And I have tried to install it a bunch of times and it keeps given me a (fail to install) error. Does anyone have an idea of whats going wrong. Thanks.

Do you have 2003 OS on your phone?

If so then the jmms application will not work with this OS.
