Can't send file from PocketPC to SDA via Bluetooth

I've set the SDA to Discoverable and accept Incoming Beam. I can receive file from Nokia phones & PC just fine but not from PocketPC (X30). The device is already paired. I use Resco File Explorer v5.1 to send file using Bluetooth at the PocketPC. PocketPC to PC works ok. What could be the problem?
