MPX200 MMS problems on 02

I've had my MPX200 since May, and MMS has never worked. It lets me make the message, and when I click "send" I get "user barred". Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, it won't let me recieve MMS. I get sent a notification telling me I have to go to the O2 website if I want it. Any idea's on this?

Have you checked with O2 CS that MMS is enabled on your account ?
