need help..audio problem

hi all!

i've got t-mobile sda and today, when i usually turn on media pleer, i've heard only silent!

but there's no problem with reminders and sound of incomming calls! :)

also i recognized, that button on the left side doesn't work! (display only blinking) pressing and holding the button works (notes and voice messages)

soft reset didn't help me..

who knows how to solve this problem help me pls...
