How do I get my account re-activated?

My account has been disabled since I changed my email address - I have not been able to retrieve or reset the password.

Have emailed Paul but I guess he is busy...

Can't PM any moderators.... any idea how I get this sorted out?

My original username was gaplayer26 ....
