Calelr ID PLEASE HELP (a million times)

C500 with the latest firmware on Orange...

Don't know what I'm doing wrong..searched the forums here all night. Someone PLEASE help!

I can't remove the Orange bands in caller ID.. well they re appear when I restard (known prob)

I can't assign a PIT file instead of the Orange bar things. It only lets me browse for pictures. What am i missing?

I want to just assign a PIT file to all my contacts and not have to set them individually!

please help!

Go into Photo Contacts, Menu, Options, Set Default Photos.

If you don't want a photo, you'll have to find a PIT without the cut-out.

Have a look on LeMondeDuSkin or in the IA Caller ID section here.

Or have you tried Menu, Options, Geberal and untick the Display Photo box ?

You can select an individual contact in the Caller Id application and assign a picture after which you automatically select a template and press done.

Alternatively you can create a group and assign members to it. You then assign a picture and template to that group.

This is what I don't get...

I cant get it to display any PIT without faffing with assigning groups...

What about the orange bar? How can I sort that one out too?

You may be able to do it by editing the regsitry, but that's beyond me and I think others have tried and failed.

I think you have to assign a PIT for each group - there are only 3 after all - or make do with the Orange bar.
