C500 Bluetooth services Missing?

i was tring to connect my ipaq 4150 to my SPV C500 to use the internet throguth gprs which i used to do with my t610.

but when i went to contect to internet via cell phone it showed no usable devices...

so i then went to view services for a device, selected my c500 and it broguth up an empty list...

aparently it has no services??

my t610 had loads, dun (which i need for this), the OBEX file transfer, serial ports, etc

i have searched all the options and all ive found was a setting to enable the serial ports service which now show up, where is the options to turn on the rest of the services? Mainly Dun?
