new user got some questions

for some reason the search isn't working for me :s

Can anyone tell me how to change the order of the menu when you press the begin button? I have to press 9 twice and 3 to play a game but i want it on the first page.

is it possible to remove things from the start menu? and btw i'm using smartione but i can only change the 1st 7 places to a different order :? i'm using a t-mobile SDA
