How do I unlock my E200 to use on another network?

Hi there just got myself a C500 I want to unlock my old E200 so I can give it a friend who doesn't have the same operator.

I live in france so want to unlock it for use on SFR.

Remember that with the second one if ever he applies a ROM undate he will need to SIM unlock it again.
