Q tek 8080 wap and internet

I have a Q tek 8080 and vodafone contract sim and cant get the wap or internet to work. Tried all the setting from here and else were and still no joy. The sim card works fine in my nokia 6600. HELP PLEASE!!!!! someone. or is there some where in the Newcastle upon Tyne area that I can take it to to get it sorted

Are you contract or prepaid and what error are you getting ?

I'm on contract. When trying to send mms it shows what looks like a time out icon and it wont conect to the internet
