Help trying to istall a .cab using IE

Hi there

I just purchased XBar2 for Handango and recieved the .zip file to my work PC. Unfortunately my work wont allow me you hook up my phone to the PC to allow me to activesync.

I don't have access to a home PC at the moment.

I went to the xecetera website where you can download the .cab directly to the phone. But when I select the link all I get is a new page full of what appears to be coding. How can I get round this issue?
