spv c500 booking on line for a refurb

i rang a number for htc that i got from a thread on here, spoke to a bloke who said go to WWW.HTCEUROPE.COM, and book it in there.

so i did, i got my case number and my password,

NOW WHAT, i was expecting an e mail from them, to organise where to post it to etc, but no e mail,

can any one help me, any one got an e mail address for them

I do not know of any htc employees who visit, so it may be an idea to give them another ring and pester them a bit.
