sound problems

Hi all! recently i tried to listen to mp3 on my qtek 7070. i noticied low sound with any mp3's. i recall much higher volume with same mp3's on my phone before. can anyone tell me what has caused this sound to go low? this happens both with media player and betaplayer when i use headset to listen. pls help!

I know but...have you tried the volume buttons on the side of the phone ?

stu, i tried everything. i changed the volume settings on the headset profile. made everything LOUD and yes i did try the buttons on the side! nuthin helped :) anythin to do with a registry?
