Is it possible to have T9 in different language?

I would like to have the phone with English menus and italian T9 is that possible in some way?

I think the answer to your question is here Although if you were to downlad a usefull little app called "msT9ed" (do a search ) you could edit the dictionary and replace all the english words with italian.
