Video Recording volume

Is it common for the spvc500 to have a low volume when recording video..apart from a voice close to the phone it seems that audio is very quiet ..am i missing something to improve video audio record?...in profiles all my settings are to maximum and the phone volume is set to loud...any ideas or is that all i can do

I doubt you are doing something wrong, the phone is not a video recoder, and tends to be pretty poor when you try to sure it as one :/
