SPV C500 Battery Life & Charging Advice?

Hi, (Newbie alert!!! :!: )

Just wondering about peoples thoughts on the C500 battery life and charging?

The phone charges when its plugged in to the data cable, but isn't it better to drain battery's completely first?

I was wondering if this will effect the battery life in the long run?

Any suggestions people?

Never drain the battery on the phone you will damage it.

Li-ion batteries need to be topped up and never fully discharged unlike

Ni-cd and Ni-mh.
