Help: How to setup GPRS/WAP on wm2003 on Mpx200?

I've been trying and trying to set this all up but can't seem to get a connection... Do I need to install the GPRS update ROM as well for this to work?

You do nto need to install anything else.

As for settings what network are you trying to connect to? as the

settings you need will be in the GPRS settings repository in the Articles section.

I have an Mpx200 and I installed the windows mobile 2003 ROM on it. I am on a Vodafone contract, and I used the settings as specified in the GPRS settings stream.

I restarted the phone just ot make sure that the settings were definitely in use, but whenever I try to open up a web page, I get the following error:

"Unable to connect. Verify your dialup or proxy settings are correct, and try again."

Here's the settings I have used:

Internet connection: "Vodafone Internet"

Work connection: "Automatic"

WAP connection: "Vodafone WAP"

Secure WAP connection: "Automatic"

Dial-up connections: "Vodafone WAP CSD"

- connects to "The Internet", phone number "07836900808", user name "wap", password "wap", domain blank

Proxy connections: "Vodafone Proxy"

- connects from "The Internet", connects to "WAP network", proxy (name:port) "212.183.137.012, type "WAP", user name blank, password blank

GPRS connections: "Vodafone Internet"

- connects to "The Internet", Access point "internet", user name "web", password "web", primary DNS "0.0.0.0", secondary DNS "0.0.0.0", IP address blank

GPRS connections: "Vodafone WAP"

- connects to "The Internet", Access point "wap.vodafone.co.uk", user name "wap", password "wap", primary DNS "0.0.0.0", secondary DNS "0.0.0.0", IP address blank

Any help with why it's failing would be greatly appreciated! :)

I guess you need to change

GPRS connections: "Vodafone WAP"

- connects to "WAP Network", Access point "wap.vodafone.co.uk", user name "wap", password "wap", primary DNS "0.0.0.0", secondary DNS "0.0.0.0", IP address blank

If you have MMS on your WM2003, you may need to create a MMS Connection in your HLM\Software\Microsoft\ConnMgr\Destinations
