mpx220 on tmobile - receive txt, but wont send

hey all:

i ve searched the mpx220 and tmobile forums, but havent seen this problem --or a solution!

i have what was a cingular-configed mpx220. i use it on tmobile, i am in austin texas if that helps in any way.

i CAN use GPRS, send pop3 email, etc.. but i cant send TXT, tho i get what people send to me.

i ve checked start>settings>phone>call options and the smsc is listed as +12063130004

any ideas? anyone else havethis issue, and fixed it?
