Having problem installing ringtones in my phone.

Im sick of the generic tones and want to add new voice ring toens like breathe or like toy soldiers. How do i do it. Please list step by step procedures. I tried it once and all i get is a beep sound. What Format does the file have to be? MP3 or Wav. Please help!!!

you can use your PC in converting such tone. From your PC open programs>accessories>entertainment>sound recorder

Open the said tone then go to file>properties>convert now and choose attributes you want, example is PCM 8khz,8 bit mono
