WTF is wrong with my SPV c500 :'(

hey every1,

i have had my c500 for about a month now, and hav had this problem right frm the start. when i switch my phone on (usually in the mornin) the screen just goes white...but the phone functions normally, ie: i can recieve phone calls etc... if i switch the phone off again and then back on a few hours later, it works fine until i have 2 switch it off 4 the night and back on the next day. i have tryed re-installing the phone with the new update from the orange website, but that has had no effect.

any suggestions on how to solve this problem, or why it has occured in the first place would be much appreciated.

To be honest it could be a hardware fault.

You could try hard resetting the device, this should sort the problem if its software based. This will wipe and reset your device, so back everything up! click on the words hard reset for instructions

If this doesnt solve the problem contact Orange and ask for a replacement!

thanx 4 ure advice m8. i tryed the hard reset but the screen still appears white. it's actually been like this all day, which is the longest ive seen it stay like this :S

n e more ideas?

Like Squall says above, you need to get a replacement
