O2 Xphone II hard reset and activesync with bluetooth

How to do hard reset on o2 xphone II? because i followed the steps for c500 and it doesn't work at all, and couldn't do clear storage because it didn't have any.

Also a problem with bluetooth activesync, connected the phone to the serial port on computer and set as com 5, but in the bluetooth setup on xphone the ports came up with 6 and 7 only.. is there another way to do this?

To hard reseet the sp3i, the imate clone of the xphone II, turn the phone off, press the 2 soft ktys thepesste power key for a few seconds. You shuold then be prompted to confirm the hard reset or cancel.

If you choose the clear storage you will get the promp that this will restore the phone settings to manufactureer default and you will loose all data, along with a confirmation code to insert, if you didnt get that you are not in the clear storage app.

In active sync on the pc you should be able to change the serial port settings and its advised to select comport 7. If this isnt possible, in the Bluetoth application, in your local services, add a new serial port, once this is done, port 7 shouold be active in active sync

i did all those method.. nothing worked, is timing matters? because what happened is it start up normally.

do i need storage card?
