HELP!! Explore with active sync not working!!

Hey guys!

Had my SPV e100 for about a week, used to be my dads but im gettin pretty used to it, iv sim unlocked it so i can use my o2 genie sim, iv app unlocked it and stuck smart explorer on it, and even synched it with WMP10 to put sum music on there, only problem is i cant seem to explore my phone using the pc, when i choose explore it brings up an empty folder even though i kno there is stuff in there, after about 5-10 seconds an error message pops up tellin me there have been critical connection errors and i need to restart my smartphone! iv tried everything including a hard reset so somebody please help!! :)

Check your firewall settings as that can cause the problem also try rebooting the PC.

Thanks for the tip but i unblocked everythin its asked me to! well my dad has, he has it passworded so i cant change anyhtin lol
