mail stuck in outbox - help

hi

weird i noticed a txt kept trying to send, and it actually did go, but stayed in my outbox, now it keeps sending every so often, maybe every few hours. And the reciepient actually gets is ,,, again,,,, and again.

i cant view it, i cant delete it, but i can see it there in the list type view

ive rebooted it, its all uptodate rom wise anyway.

Any ideas
