E200 & C500 with Motorola HS810 BT headset

I have the dubious pleasure of owning E200 for work & C500 personal as well as BT HS810 headset, but I can't suss out a way of having the Headset activated on both phones at once which is a pain when the one without the HS810 rings and I'm wearing headset in car. I've tried haveing both on discoverable but still no joy.

Any answers from you peeps out there?
