Guest boydp4 Posted December 23, 2004 Report Posted December 23, 2004 How do you get windows media player on the mpx220 to play a freakin .wav file...It will only play mp3s...Anyway to do this or is there another media player that will do it?
Guest squall Posted December 23, 2004 Report Posted December 23, 2004 media player will also play .wma files. I tend to use that format over mp3. The sound recoder allows you to play .wav files. It can search the local directories and produce a list of all .wav files
Guest attakorn Posted December 25, 2004 Report Posted December 25, 2004 Betaplayer can play .wav and set playlist. But i think u should convert them to other format like .mp3 or .wma or .ogg to save space. If you just wanna play a windows sound then, install an explorer like "SmartExplorer" or "Resco Explorer 2003" and view the file, Windows (not media player) will play it for you. BetaPlayer: betaplayer.corecodec.org/ Smart Explorer: http://www.binarys.com/SmartExplorer_en.asp RESCO Explorer 2003: www.resco-net.com/explorer.asp Hope this helps! ;-)
