qtek 8080 problem

yesterday i was installing some applications on my smartphone, when it suddently stucked there. i disconnected from the pc and removed the battery. but when i put it back and i tried to opeate it, it always stucks on the logo screen. what sould i do? please help!!! :)

im afraid you will have to hard reset. Click on the words < hard reset > for instructions.

i have qtek 8080 and i updated to version 2.7.5.1 but the problem was not solved. what exactly should i do because the previous answer was not so clear.

to hard reset the phone click on the words hard reset and follow the instructions

I find the Imate rom much more stable with better battery life!!!
