Bluetooth issues (active sync and bluetooth headset)

I have been lazy and haven't synced my phone with my desktop in a few days (maybe 3 or 4). I usually do it over bluetooth - works well. Today (for christmas) I got a bluetooth headset (Motorola HS810 - I think thats the model number). Anyhow I got the phone to work with the headset and it works nice as hell. I went to go and sync because I need an address from my e-mail tomorrow to go somewhere and the phone will no longer work with the desktop.

Did I do something to cause this?

I'm not sure what I did to get the desktop and phone to work in the first place - I'll remember eventually though - to redo it if I need.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Also as a side note - I noticed if my phone has the keyguard on I can't do voice dialing (but I can do redial and get incomming calls fine). Is there a way around this? And also is there a way to record my voice commands through the bluetooth headset instead of the phone's mic (that caused problems too - had to restart the phone in order to record them).
