text messg cannot be sent .. please heelp :(

hiya...

ok.. here is the lowdown of my problem

ive got an c500 uk ... i got it unlocked and decerted it.

and i ave been using my 3g sim in it for 3 mnths( since its and older 3g sim.. therefore it works- fine except i cannot sned txt megsg.. only i can recieve em,,)

so for txting i bought a paygo orange sim... been using it without probs..

until i had to hard reset the fone..

after that.. when ever i use my paygo sim to txt someone i alwys get this mssg..

"The following errors occourd while sending and recieving mail:

Your SMS message has not been sent . VErify that you have network couverage and then try sending it again.."

i have full reception.. restarted my fone many times.. to see... but.. nothing..

any help will be gr8ly appreciated;...

Check the SMS message center number in SettingsPhoneCall Options

ive checked it..

the sms service center number ===+447973100973

and the country code ===is blank

coud sum1 plz chk if this is correct number for orange payg sms cernter..

It should be for Orange +447973100973 is the correct number.

The only other thing is to check the number you are sending to is correct

in your address book. Try sending one to yourself.

thnx m8.. .. i found out out the problem....

the number to i was sending was wrong... it was for some reason... 798.......

insteasd of +44798....

.. thnx.. i think its the outlook or active sync problem.. some how it removees the initial zero'0' form the number.. when i active sysn the num for the first time.. ..lol
