Guest j☼e Posted December 27, 2004 Report Posted December 27, 2004 hi I am going to buy a mini sd card tonight for my MPX220 and I wanted to make sure that this http://www.dvd-rwmedia.com/pqi-mini...-5120-0101.html was the right thing to get? thanks, o and does the mini sd just allow you to store anything on the phone is it just like adding more storage space? are there any limitations? thanks if you can help ! also does the card go all the way in the phone and let you close the little door on the side behind it? or does it stick out some? and will I be able to store a bunch of songs from my computer on it and plug my headphones into the side and use it as an mp3 player?
Guest squall Posted December 28, 2004 Report Posted December 28, 2004 I cant access that link, but as far as i know any mini sd card will work with the mpx220. A bigger card does add more storge space to the phone meaning you can copy more files, or larger files to the card for use with the phone. The card wont protrude from the phone You can store media on the card and play it back from the phone. IE music and videos

There are lots of yeses in there. You will need to get a miniSD as previously mentioned. Don't get a regular sd, it won't fit. Basically your SD is like adding more storage space to your phone. You will be able to put programs on it, as well as movie files or mp3's, etc. It shouldn't stick out and the cover should cover the sd. As far as plugging your headset into the phone, it is possible, however you will need an adapter to just plug in any old head sets. The plug hole is smaller than your normal headset plug. What makes me mad is that we pay through the nose for these phones, and they won't even throw in a headset for them. We have to buy them seperate. The Audiovox comes with the headset.
