Imate SP3i SAR

Could somebody please let me know what the SAR is on the imate Sp3i?

I can't seem to find it on the forum search or the internet. Clubimate requires registration first and I don't have one yet!

From the O2 Xphone2 (similar to SP3i) specification list by Cnet Asia, the SAR rating is 0.9. However, during the course of the review, the unit tested had an SAR value of 1.6. That's pretty high, but I'm hoping that thevalues are incorrect as I'm planning to get one of these.

that seems strange, the sp3 only has 0.297 in SAR i think...? atleast it says on my box

Thanks guys. The Asian SAR report may be based on the stricter Asian standard of 1.6 w/kg rather than 2 (or whatever it is...), so the SAR figure tends to appear much higher.

Anyone with an SP3i (like Paul) who could check the manual and verify it?
